Your Delivery Date:
After your order has been received, a member of our customer services team will email and advise you with a guide as to the number of weeks we expect the item to be received, quality controlled and then delivered! If the items are in stock we will do our best to get it your destination within 7-21 days. As your delivery date approaches, and our quality control has taken place, a member of our logistics team will then contact you again by phone/email to firm up the exact time and date.
Note: Orders can take up to 6 weeks depending on stock and availability.

Delivery Coverage Areas:
We are proud to state that we are happy to ship all products to anywhere in the UK for a small delivery charge (Mainland UK excluding the Highlands, Channel Islands, and Northern Ireland). The shipping cost is calculated dependent on the number of items in your shopping basket and their cubic volume (weight and size).
The delivery charge will be calculated as you progress through the checking out procedure.
***THIS DELIVERY CHARGE MAY HAVE TO BE RECALCUATED ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED.IT GETS WORKED OUT BY THE SIZE OF YOUR ITEM, AS THE LARGER ITEM HAVE TO BE SENT OUT ON A PALLET SO THERE WILL BE AN ADDITONAL DELIVERY CHARGE
If you live outside of the United Kingdom and wish to purchase products and have them shipped to you, then please contact us so that we can prepare a bespoke quote for you. Please note that in some cases we may NOT be able to fulfil the purchase, however any monies paid will of course be refunded. Please contact us BEFORE MAKING ANY ONLINE PURCHASES so we can confirm that we can ship your order.
When your delivery arrives you will be asked to sign that the products you have ordered have arrived and are in good quality (and have not been damaged in transit). Please check your items carefully and sign to confirm this is the case - any damaged products should be given back to the courier to return, so that a replacement product can be sent out to you.
Due to current Health and Safety insurance requirements and the current culture of litigation, we as a company are not responsible for any damage to goods and or property as a result of deliveries beyond the threshold of your property. Items delivered upstairs are carried out at the property owners risk.
Please note that all deliveries are very well packaged for protection and therefore you are responsible for removing this in a safe careful way; if you need any advice on this then please contact us and we will be happy to advise you.
Reserve in-store and Pickup:
You also have the option to collect your product from our Showroom in Bishops Stortford, Herts/Essex boarder for No extra Charge. You will have the option to select the choice you require when finalising your purchase through this online store, before making any payments. This process may result in a discount of your order total.
Exact Delivery Times:
All deliveries will be conducted by our dedicated delivery team, by courier, or by specialised delivery companies, dependent on volume, cubic weight, and distance. If you would like to know exactly how we will be delivering your purchase then please contact us.
Deliveries inside your Property:
For local deliveries our dedicated team will deliver to the room of your choice on the ground floor only.
All Deliveries to an upstairs room within your premises will incur an extra charge of £40 - dependent of delivery method. Please enquire when your item arrives
Working Hours for Deliveries:
All deliveries are done during office hours (9-5pm) Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
Out of Stock Items:
Most items are delivered within 21 days from the receipt of your order unless any items are out of stock. If any Items you have ordered are out of stock and you are unhappy about the lead time (for restocking), you do of course have the right to cancel your order.
In any case where your item is out of stock we will contact you to let you know when the product will be back in stock, and to find out if you are happy to wait.
